Description
The Contract consists of repairs and refurbishment to existing Railway Station buildings internally and externally.
Generally the work consists of:
- Tiled roofs, lead guttering and flashing
- Brickwork repairs and repointing
- Making good the station facade, cleaning and painting
- Carpentry work, plastering and plumbing
- Refurbishment of the station ticket offices
- Works to station drainage
- Station forecourts, car parks and footpaths
- Tarmacadam and road markings
- Security fencing
- The installation and commissioning of CCTV
