B & M McHugh has secured a place on the Mechanical & Electrical Lot on the Southern Buildings and Civils Framework for Network Rail alongside one other contractor. The Framework will run for 3 years. The scope of works includes:

• Wiring and re-wiring.
• HVAC systems installation and renewal.
• Station Information and support systems.
• Operational Property service and support assets.
• Depot mechanical systems.
• Building and operational property lighting assets.
• Lift and escalator renewal or installation.
• Earthing and bonding.
• Fire detection and suppression systems installation, repairs & renewals.
