B & M McHugh Ltd has secured a new contract for Eastleigh Borough Council to deliver a variety of watercourse works at Hiltingbury Lakes.

Hiltingbury Lakes is a 7 hectare site of woodlands, lakes and wildlife habitat that is undergoing improvements. We will be carrying out the following works:

• Restoration of bridge steel beams on footbridge
• Replacement of existing deck joists and rails on footbridge
• Watercourse and pathway repairs
• New drainage
• Weir repairs and erosion control
• New fencing
