B & M McHugh has been awarded the Hard FM contract for the London Borough of Bexley. The service involves maintaining approximately 120 buildings covering building services (mechanical and electrical), building fabric and specialist maintenance services. These works will be delivered through our Reactive and Planned Maintenance Manager, Kevin Barrett.

Kevin commented, "This is a good win for us having demonstrated to the Client our capability to deliver in-house".

The contract will be for a period of four years, with an option to extend for a further 12 months, making the maximum term five years.
