One of our recent projects at Danson Mansion House - grade 2 listed period property used as a registry office for Kent and Bexley.

Our specialist team installed an access hatch to enable access to a faulty fan coil unit beneath floorboards in the ceremony room. This was a multi- discipline project, working in accordance with strict Heritage England guidance.

The existing floor covering was removed and we adapted the non-original floorboards. We then replaced with a flush access hatch, and adapted the heritage carpet to allow repair to the faulty fan. This operation also ensured future access to service the unit.

All finished with brass angle beading to match existing grilles. Great work team!
