Next week is Mental Health Awareness week, an important week in the B&M McHugh calendar. Sadly the construction industry has a poor record on mental health, and there is a need to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health and improve the support available to workers.

The Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity are announcing some fantastic initiatives to coincide with Mental Health Awareness Week and reminding everyone in construction about all of the freely available resources they offer.
